SentriX is a product suite operated by NEST Hospitality Solutions (ABN 36 691 931 039), based in Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). 2. What we collect
We collect the following personal information: • Email address — required to create and access your SentriX account via magic-link authentication. • Venue name and business details — entered by you during onboarding. • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session activity within the platform. • Payment information — processed by Payhip on our behalf. We receive purchase confirmation and your email address; we do not store card numbers or full payment details.
3. How we use it
We use your information to: • Provide and maintain your access to SentriX products. • Send transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription confirmations). • Improve the platform based on usage patterns. • Meet our legal and financial obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the following trusted sub-processors, each bound by their own privacy obligations: • Supabase Inc. — authentication and database hosting (servers in Sydney, AWS ap-southeast-2). • Payhip Ltd. — payment processing and product delivery. • Vercel Inc. — application hosting and edge delivery. • Anthropic PBC — AI inference for SentriX IQ and ST features (query text only; no venue PII is sent). We will disclose personal information if required by law or a valid court order.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney) via Supabase. We apply row-level security so each venue's data is isolated from others. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised NEST personnel only. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for financial records as required by Australian law. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies and tracking
SentriX uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without breaking the platform. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate information. • Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have breached the APPs. 8. Changes to this policy
